Looking good there mark. Focusing on local businesses is a wise idea for the new venture. Good to hear that it's been a great success.

Might I make a couple of suggestions from a business perspective?

At the moment, as good as the site looks it doesn't inspire trust when the only contact detail is an email or a mobile phone number. Mobile numbers can come and go with the wind, as can website. I suspect that many of your potential customers will be at the budget end of the market and will therefore want to be sure that you're not a fly-by-night affair that will simply take their hard earned money and run. I certainly wouldn't deal with any company that only offered contact via email or a mobile.

I think you need to put an address on the site somewhere (and obviously not a PO Box). Also get a geographical phone number. 0870 numbers are freely available but they're being discontinued very soon and as you know people dislike calling them these days as they are now expensive on free-to-call plans that are common today. I suggest getting a second line at home (if you're working from home).

Also, putting your registered company number on the site somewhere is not only a legal requirement but also another stamp of assurance for a would-be customer.

Without these basic reassurances I think you'll struggle to get that many customers, though I might be completely wrong :-)

Nonetheless, good luck with the Equal!
